P.S. Meet Michelle Lee

Hello, hello! My name is Michelle and I don’t know what I’m doing, but that’s actually gotten me pretty far… and by pretty far, I mean the life I’ve always dreamed about (minus this whole pandemic). I’m from Southern California, but now I live in New York City and work at Christian Dior.

My love for fashion came from my two great first loves, reading, and writing. I used to buy magazines to read the book review sections, but I grew to love more than just the latest literary recommendations. I loved the fashion. I love the glossies, and I still love fashion, even if it’s more my job than my hobby now. Making that transition left room for other hobbies like learning ballet, ice skating, drawing, and pretty much anything else that catches my attention.

I’m always striving to live a life of balance. A life that has beautifully quiet moments, and hilariously loud ones. I’m 22 years old and I feel like I’ve had a hell of a ride so far. I’ve gone clubbing in Paris and cried in front of the Eiffel Tower, gone bar hopping in Munich and drank German beer, hopped on the back of a handsome stranger’s motorcycle (if he doesn’t seem too sketchy) and had the summer of my life. Creating the life that I want can be excruciating at times, but I’ve learned that putting in the work and the intention will get me where I’m going, even in the most roundabout of ways.

(Thank you to PS for having me and thank you for encouraging people to embrace who they are and create who they want to be!)
